Q: What makes Soleil Chiropractic & Wellness different?
A: Though we address neck pain, low back pain, headaches, and jaw pain, at Soleil, care goes beyond acute symptom relief — it’s about helping your body move, heal, and thrive more habitually. Dr. Dion takes a gentle, trauma-informed approach and has a trusted network of professionals she collaborates with in the community to propel her practice members towards being more bomb-proof.

Q: Do you only see pregnant women and babies?
A: Not at all. While Dr. Dion has advanced training in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care, she also provides family care for all ages. From supporting newborns to helping parents manage daily stress and strains, her goal is to keep every member of the family feeling well.

Q: Is chiropractic care safe for babies and children?
A: Yes. Pediatric chiropractic care uses gentle, age-appropriate techniques to support proper development, movement patterns, and oral motor function. Dr. Dion has completed extensive pediatric training, including certifications in cranial and spinal assessment, reflex integration, and intraoral palate-specific techniques.

Q: How can chiropractic care support pregnancy and postpartum recovery?
A: Chiropractic care during pregnancy helps support pelvic and spinal biomechanics as the body changes. Regular adjustments can help decrease in-utero constraint and help prepare a woman’s body for birth. Postpartum care helps mothers reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, regulate their nervous system, and heal with confidence — often incorporating essentials like breathwork, movement education, and pelvic health referrals when appropriate. Dr. Dion is trained in and utilizes GrowCo principles for perinatal rehabilitation.

Q: When should I bring my baby for their first visit?
A: Many parents choose to bring their newborns within the first couple weeks of life — especially if there are challenges such as a tougher birth, feeding and latch difficulties, tethered oral tissues, head shape concerns, and torticollis. Early assessment allows us to address tension patterns and asymmetries so babies can feed, move, and grow with ease. It is not uncommon for us to assess "well babies".
